Canada registry a “Billion Dollar Boondoggle”
Following the Canadian auditor general’s confirmation that the net cost of the Firearms Centre created to administer that nation’s firearm registry has reached $1 billion, a British Columbia Wildlife Federation official called the registry a “billion dollar boondoggle” that not only “wasted more than one billion dollars, but failed to improve public safety.” Further, the official says the actual cost of the registry is probably closer to $2 billion.

Dont see many comments on this one, pretty tough situation up here. Alot of regular people have devoted alot into seeing the demise of this. It has and will acomplish nothing. Weve been mighty close to losing alot of our freedoms, although I believe these bastards may have bit off more than they can chew. Just a real shame though, that money could have been used for something constructive. We could go all day on this one.
