I just drew the roadless book cliffs limited entry muzzleloader elk tag. Those of you that hunted there what was the average bull that you saw down there? What should I expect to shoot. My ultimate goal is 375 B&C Is that too high? Please let me know.

Thanks

Just back agian looking at your great bull Elk ,I had to rush off last time to work. Looks like this bull has it all long, wide great elk. I also love the area you took it in pretty, I here fire area is really good hunting, lots of new growth there for feed. It must have been a super camping trip with family and all. I just started hunting again last year with my brother ,he stopped for afew years ,I think I got him started again after I shot abig 6x5 whitetail buck afew years back. I~ve yet to get a big Elk then his bull 6x7 ,and his 27 point mulley buck that scored 245 gross.I the whitetail hunter with many nice whitetail bucks to my luck and skill. I guess my brother is the mulie king . A little family compition is always alot of fun.ha! Ha!.
