However, getting a tag in AZ is also the hardest to get of all the western states. You could book a hunt at Rulon Jones' ranch in northern Utah for an elk hunt. His ranch is 5000 acres for managed elk, he also has free roaming elk as well on the other 15,000 acres. Heard great things about the hunt and ranch.
