I picked up my RZR last week and had only a few hours to check it out in the desert of Utah.

I checked the gearbox fluids after 2.2 hours and discovered that the front final drive was really low, the Transfer Case was almost empty and the main gearcase was low. It was 40.00 worth of oil from a dealer and they told me it wasn't their problem.

I love the machine, it runs like a madman and I look forward to owning it for years. Be Warned though, check the fluids before you run it or make your dealer do it. Not sure why they didn't in my case.

Taking it to San Rafael Swell for a serious ride this weekend, will post how it goes.

I own a 08 rzr My brother owns a 07 660 rhino. We went for a ride one day, dirt and mud then to the foothills to play in the snow. The yamaha had a high preformance efi box wheel spacers custom intake and same size tires on the front as the back. My rzr is stock with 14" rims and 26" wrangeler mud tires. After about 2/3rds through the ride we switched. I rode the rhino he the rzr. when we got back to the house he told me at least four times the rzr was fast and rode like a cady. Must say i didnt care for the aquard yamaha.

Hi Frank just wondering what broke on your RZR? to keep in the dealer for 2000 hrs, also what went wrong with the chassis that makes you say that it's not strong enough. I have one with over five hundred hours on it and I have not had any problem, so if you are having so much I will check mine for the same things. Five of my buddies have them and have not had any problem with theirs yet either. I would appreciate knowing what problems you are having before I go and buy my second one for my son. Thanks
