Video World Record Muzzleloader Typical Elk
April 1st, 2007 David King - King's Outdoor World
Here is a short video clip of Doug Degelbeck’s world record typical muzzleloader bull elk. This bull was taken September of 2006 on a self-guided public land hunt in Utah. The video was taken shortly after Doug had his bull officially scored at 417 7/8 gross and 412 7/8 net typical B&C. This elk is the third largest bull on record as a straight 6×6 point. What a beautiful elk!
You can read the full story on Doug’s hunt in the current issue of Hunting Illustrated (April/May 2007) out on newsstands now.
You will also be able to see Doug’s great bull in the upcoming 2008 King’s Bull Elk Calendar.

How many of these big bulls have been shot and nobody knows about them?
