I got my Mossberg for christmas when I was 11 years old. My dad paid $129 for it brand new. I turned 31 April 7th 2009. It has been in the shop one time in twenty years. The SX3 is no doubt an impressive firearm, but i just dont see it as a practical firearm for hunting use. I had considerable problems with jamming. Finally the gun shop where I bought it replace the entire trigger assembly. It worked well for the balance of duck season. I recently tried to shoot some target loads and experienced additional problems. I would be interested in anyone elses input on this matter. I love the weight and how the gun mounts.
