A great bull but under 400 non-typical for sure, typical left antler with way too short of points all around on right antler.

That is bull no. 36 with the collar He stays in Benezette most of the time and only comes on Winslow Hill during the rut. He will not run from a human and is totally acclimated to humans. He is now an old bull and going down hill. He reached his peak in the early 2000s.

Most if not all guides will not consider putting him in a hunter's sights. On the clip I hear "I think I could even get one in him from here", well that may be true and if not the hunter could get as close as needed.

If fair chase means not behind a fence that is one thing, if it means a challenging hunt that is another entirely and taking this bull would not be meet that criteria.

Most of the truly large bulls that formerly visited the viewing areas on Winslow Hill have been taken. It takes about seven years to reach maturity and even with the moderate number of bull tags issued each year, few are now reaching that stage. As soon as a bull becomes a contender he is targeted and taken.

The key for survival is for a bull to not leave the no hunt zone and there are always plenty of rumors about them being driven from it.

I believe I've seen this bull...good luck though, you'll need to draw a tag first, then head east to Pa.
